Plot[]

On the road to a rock show.
In the summer of 1988, three young women from Indiana named Alexis, Val, and Beverly are driving in a jeep on their way to a heavy metal concert. They make frequent stops to satisfy Val's weak bladder, and also listen to news broadcasts about a local Satanic cult that has allegedly claimed eighteen victims in the past several weeks.

Stopping for some snacks.
As they drive, a van passes them, and a passenger throws a chocolate milk shake out the window, which splatters across Alexis' windshield, forcing her to pull over. After cleaning up, they proceed to the concert, which is being held at a small venue. When they arrive, they spot the van, and realize that the ones who hurled the milk shake at them have come to the same concert as they have. Val decided to get revenge by tossing some firecrackers through the window. With the onset of noise and smoke, three young men spill out of the van; Mark, Ivan and Kovacs. Following an angry exchange of barbs, the two groups become friendly with one another and go in to enjoy the concert together.
After the show, the girls invite the three boys for an after-party at Alexis' parents' house. The boys drive behind them and park in the backyard or a fairly large estate. They sit outside in front of a fire pit, consuming alcoholic beverages, and playing party games like "Never Have I Ever". In short order, Ivan, Kovacs and Mark begin feeling ill, and fall to the ground, passed out.

Waiting for the show.
When the boys awaken, they find themselves tied up inside of Alexis' house. Alexis reveals that her friends and she are part of the religious order responsible for the recent murders. They are actually Christian fundamentalists, that are committing the murders so as to blame them on Satanists, in the hopes that media coverage will cause the general public to rise up to carry on their cause.

About to have a rude awakening.

The trio's bathroom/piss chat after the killing
Alexis stabs Ivan in the neck, killing him. Alexis and Val are about to do the same to the other two, but suddenly Beverly cut ther out and tells them to go to the bathroom. Mark asks Kovacs if he can get to his belt. In the bathroom, Val quickly lowers jeans and undies to her knees to start a quick piss. While doing her business on the toilet, Beverly tells them that now she is completely into it and she wants to kill one of the guys. Alexis comforts herself admitting she though she will hesitate, but Val doubts from her lower position. She haven't yet stopped peeing as a noise disrupts the three devil's chatting.
Mark and Kovacs manage to wriggle free, but Kovacs suffers a nasty slash to his arm that severs an artery. Mark and Kovacs lock themselves inside of a pantry as the three girls try to break down the door. Beverly, having no idea that Alexis and Val were actually savage murderers, turns against them.
Beverly goes to a storage shed on the property, where she learns that Alexis is the daughter of John Henry Butler - a local pastor and the leader of the "Satanic Panic" movement. Arming herself with an outboard motor (of all things), she ventures back to the house in the hopes of helping Mark and Kovacs.

Three bitches with evil intents.
Meanwhile, Alexis' stepmother, Susan, returns home unexpectedly. She mentions that when she saw the strange van in the yard, she panicked and placed a call to the local police. Alexis tries to distract her from everything that has been occurring, but Susan finds her way to the Satan Room and sees Ivan's bloody corpse. She turns around and Alexis stabs her through the stomach with a large knife, killing her.
Sheriff Dembrowski arrives at the house, and Alexis greets him outside. She tries to pass off her stepmother's phone call as a misunderstanding, but the sheriff finds her behavior to be suspicious. When he instructs her to place her hands on his police car, she turns and runs back into the house. Dembrowski chases after her, but Val gets a gun and shoots him in the head.

Mark attacks Beverly.
Mark and Kovacs manage to get out and attack Beverly, not realizing that she has now turned on Alexis and Val. The other two girls escape into another section of the house, as Beverly tries to help Kovacs gets outside. They give him a gun and get him as far as the door, but they need to get keys to a vehicle so they can take him to a hospital.

Alexis is on the hunt.
Kovacs wanders outside just as Pastor John Henry Butler shows up. Kovacs pleads with the man for help, and Butler convinces Kovacs to hand him the gun. Afterward, he shoots Kovacs while claiming "I am God's wrath".
Butler enters the house and searches for Alexis. Meanwhile, Mark has his hands full dealing with Val. He pulls out a lighter and manages to light her hair on fire. Val shrieks and spins around in a panic as she goes up in flames.

Alexis still has some fight in her.
Butler corners Alexis in her bedroom. He is very upset that she has made such a mess of things and declares that the only way to make this all go away is through sacrifice. He pushes his daughter out the window of her room and she plummets to the ground.
Mark meets back up with Beverly, who now has the keys to Alexis' jeep. They begin to drive away, but Alexis - broken and bloody - bars their path. Beverly jams the accelerator and runs her over, killing her. Mark and Beverly continue driving until they are safely away from the Butler estate.
