- The Warrens of Virginia was filmed in San Antonio, Texas.
- This is actress Martha Mansfield's twenty-fourth and final feature film role. Martha's life was tragically cut short when the gown she was wearing during production of The Warrens of Virginia caught on fire, causing severe third-degree burns all across her body. She passed away the following day on November 30th, 1923 at the age of 24.
- Actor Wilbur J. Fox is credited as Lieutenant Wilbur J. Fox in this film.
