Vampire Girl vs. Frankenstein Girl is a Japanese feature film of the action and horror genres. It was co-directed by Yoshihiro Nishimura and Naoyuki Tomomatsu with a screenplay written by Tomomatsu and Daichi Nagisa. The film was produced by Concept Film, Excellent Film and Pony Canyon. It premiered at the New York Asian Film Festival on June 26th, 2009. It was released in Canada at the Fantasia Film Festival on July 17th, 2009. It opened to limited theatrical release in Japan on August 15th, 2009.
