A Unicorn is a mythological creature characterized as a horse with spiral horn protruding forth from its brow. Little girls love them, as do some psychotic disfigured mercenaries with hearts of gold, and they have become a staple of the fantasy genre since its inception. Some stories portray unicorns as having magical powers.
