J. was an attendant from Smith's Grove Sanitarium who had the misfortune of being tasked with transferring comatose burn victim Michael Myers from Ridgemont Federal Sanitarium back to Smith's Grove. In the back of Ambulance 534, Myers awakened and grabbed Black by the head, slamming it several times against the back of the ambulance. He finished him off by shoving his dirty digit into the man's forehead. Myers repeated this unorthodox method of murder shortly thereafter with a guy named Brady. He pressed all of his fingers into the guy's head, then broke his neck. What an a-hole.
