Tarker's Mill is a fictional town featured in the works of Stephen King. It was the main setting for his 1983 novel Cycle of the Werewolf, as well as the 1985 film adaptation Silver Bullet. It also appeared in the novel Under the Dome.

- Chat & Chew
- The Chat & Chew was a café located in Tarker's Mill and the only one of its kind. It was owned by Alfie Knopfler.
- Grace Baptist Church
- The Grace Baptist Church was located in Tarker's Mill. The deacon of the church was Cal Blodwin, who died. Following his death, a newcomer to the town, Lester Lowe, began working there as the town's reverend. Lester Lowe was secretly a werewolf who was responsible for multiple deaths in the town through the course of a year. One of his victims was Brady Kincaid, whose funeral service was held at the church. Lowe, wrought with guilt over his supernatural nature had a nightmare wherein all of the parishioners of the church turned into werewolves.
- Owen's Bar
- Owen's Bar was a drinking establishment located in Tarker's Mill, Maine. It was owned by Owen Knopfler and catered to most of the town's male residents. Regular patrons at the bar included Andy Fairton and Pete Maxwell. Owen Knopfler tended bar himself, and knew that the place could get rowdy at times. To that end, he carried a baseball bat behind the bar that had the words "The Peace Maker" etched into the side of it.
- Set 'n Sew
- The Set 'n Sew was a small local business in Tarker's Mill. It was owned by Stella Randolph. Stella was murdered by the werewolf Lester Lowe in February.
