George Taylor with rifle

A rifle is a two-handed firearm weapon that goes "bang! bang!" when you pull the trigger. As with most firearms, there are many different kinds of rifles ranging from air rifles to assault rifles to hunting rifles to sniper rifles. Possession of firearms in the United States is protected by the Second Amendment to the Constitution and the public have been forever reminded of this thanks to the tireless work of former President of the National Rifle Association (NRA) and former futuristic monkey fighter Charlton Heston. In film fiction, rifles can be found in all genres, but are most prominently seen in films of the drama and war genres. There are also different types of futuristic sci-fi rifles, such as the E-11 blaster rifle used by Imperial Stormtroopers in the Star Wars film series. In the Aliens film series, members of the United States Colonial Marines used pulse rifles.
