Ricky Bobby is a fictional professional racecar driver and the main character from the 2006 comedy film Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. He was played by actor Will Ferrell. Ricky Bobby is a good ole boy who works as a pit crew member at a race track. Opportunity knocks, and Ricky listens, while during a race, he gets the chance to get behind the wheel himself.
