Pacific Rim is an American feature film of the science fiction and action genres. It was written and directed by Guillermo del Toro, and co-written by Travis Beacham. It was produced by Legendary Pictures for Warner Bros. and premiered theatrically in the United States on July 12th, 2013. Put simply, Pacific Rim is a movie about giant robots smacking the crap out of a bunch of giant monsters. What's not to love?
