Biography[]
Nora Fowles was the mother of Kristen Fowles and lived with her daughter in large house on Elm Street in Springwood, Ohio. Nora worked as a flight attendant. Like most of the parents in Springwood, Nora was aware of the scandal that took place at Badham Preschool in 1995 when a gardener named Fred Krueger took an unsavory interest in several of the children that attended there, including Kristen. Kristen repressed the memory of what had taken place there and Nora kept it a secret. She removed all evidence of the preschool from the house, including old photographs as well as the blue dress that Kristen had been wearing. She packed everything up in a box and stored it in the attic of the family garage. Years later, Kristen began suffering nightmares about a hideous burned man that tried to force her to remember who he was. Her boyfriend Dean Russell had been tragically killed in an incident that related to Krueger. Nora attended the funeral with her mother. Later, Nora's job required her to leave for London, England, leaving Kristen at the house by herself. This would be the last time she would ever see her daughter alive.
