Noel Kluggs is a fictional security guard and murder victim and a minor character featured in the Halloween film series. He is part of the continuity of the remake series and was played by actor Lew Temple. He appeared in the 2007 film Halloween by director Rob Zombie.
Noel Kluggs was a security guard who worked at Smith's Grove Sanitarium. He was selected to replace Ismael Cruz who was due to retire in three months. Kluggs was arrogant and felt that he was already superior to the older Cruz citing that he was his own boss and that he wouldn't take orders from anyone. Cruz introduced Kluggs to Michael Myers who felt that the over-sized patient was a freak. He didn't understand why Ismael pandered to Myers' needs so often.
