Monroeville is a suburb of Pittsburgh and is located in Allegheny County. Monroeville was the central setting of the 1978 zombie movie Dawn of the Dead by George Romero. The most prominent setting from the film was the Monroeville mall, which was unnamed in the film. Monroeville was also the main setting of Kevin Smith's 2008 raunchy rom-com Zack and Miri Make a Porno.
