The Man With Two Brains is an American feature film of the comedy genre. It was directed by Carl Reiner with a script written by Reiner, George Gipe, and Steve Martin, who is also the leading actor in the film. The premise of the film involves the brilliant neurosurgeon Doctor Michael Hfuhruhurr, whose experimental screw-top brain transplant saves the life of scheming gold digger Dolores Benedict. The two fall in love and get married, but things heat up in Vienna as they must evade the attention of the mysterious "Elevator Killer".
