The Hills Have Eyes Part 2 is an independent American horror film of the psycho-thriller and Grindhouse subgenres. It is the sequel to the 1977 cult classic, The Hills Have Eyes. As with the first film, it was written and directed by Wes Craven. It was produced by VTC and distributed through Castle Hill Productions. The movie premiered in the United States in August, 1985, and was screened primarily at film festivals.
