- "Yeah I know what you'd like to do. You'd like to find the guy who did it, rip his still beating heart out of his chest and hold it in front of his face so he can see how black it is before he dies."

A heart in the hand is worth two in the bush, I always say. Nothing warms my heart more than holding onto another person's heart in the palm in my hand - preferably while it is still beating. Now some people may poo-poo the idea of organ harvesting, but don't knock it until you try it!
Baron Frankenstein is a world-renowned heart-holder. In the 1970 horror film, Lady Frankenstein, he held onto the heart of a convicted felon named Jack Morgan before transplanting into the chest cavity of an artificial human, which he later brought back to life. Also in the Frankenworld, the good ole Frankenstein Monster hisself proved to be quite the heart-breaker when he punched his fist through the chest of Elizabeth Frankenstein and ripped out her heart. This took place in the 1994 film adaptation of the classic story, Frankenstein, directed by Kenneth Branagh.
