Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S. is a Japanese science fiction film of the daikaiju ("giant monster") subgenre. It is the twenty-seventh film in the Godzilla film series and the fifth film in the Millennium series. The movie was written and directed by Masaaki Tezuka and co-written by Masahiro Yokotani. It was produced by Toho Company, Ltd. and premiered in Japan on December 13th, 2003.

- This is the second and final appearance of actor Hiroshi Koizumi in the role of Doctor Shin'ichi Chûjô. He previously played the character in the 1961 film Mothra. Scenes from that movie are edited into this film as a flashback.
- Originally it was director Masaaki Tezuka's intent to have Anguirus as the dead monster that washes up ashore in Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S., but this was changed to the more obscure Kamoebas to avoid fan outrage.
