Body Parts is an American feature film of the supernatural horror and psychological thriller genres. It was directed by Eric Red with a screenplay written by Red and Norman Snider with a screen story by Patricia Herskovic and Joyce Taylor. It was produced by Paramount Pictures and premiered theatrically in the United States on August 2nd, 1991. Actor Jeff Fahey stars as Bill Chrushank, who is a psychologist who loses his arm after a terrible car accident. He undergoes an experimental transplant surgery and receives a new arm. He soon discovers that this procedure yields unexpected side-effects as he begins suffering from nightmares and visions of great violence and murder. Investigating further, Bill discovers that the donor of his new appendage was a twisted serial killer and a Death Row inmate, yielding the question, "Does evil lie within the soul, or in the flesh?"
