Ben Meeker is a fictional law enforcement officer and a supporting character in the Halloween film series. Played by actor Beau Starr, he first appeared in the 1988 film, Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers. Starr reprised the role of Ben Meeker for the 1989 sequel, Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers.

Ben Meeker was the sheriff of the town of Haddonfield, in Warren County, Illinois. He was preceded in this position by Sheriff Leigh Brackett. Ben Meeker was the father of teenage daughter, Kelly Meeker, who became one of several victims of deranged serial killer Michael Myers. Meeker eventually succeeded in apprehending Myers until a mysterious man in black raided the police station, killing everyone with machine gun fire including Sheriff Meeker.
