Ayo is a member of the Dora Milaje and head of T'Challa's security detail when on visits to other countries. She is portrayed by Florence Kasumba in Captain America: Civil War, Black Panther (2018) and Avengers: Infinity War. The character was created by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, as based on the comic character created by Al Ewing and Kenneth Rocafort.
